    Will it scan after being hit? Our codes are printed to play perfectly on arrival, but we can't promise they'll scan after wayward shots into trees, rough or the carpark.

  • Yes, swing away!

    We prefer MP4 or MOV via QR (max 1GB).

    A quick note on decency: We love a solid roast or stitch-up, but there’s a line. If your content doesn't comply with our legal guidelines, we’ll cancel the order (and offer a full refund).

    Keep it cheeky, not cruel. That’s the spirit of the game.

    • You can choose either a single-sided or double-sided print, plenty of real estate to get your message across!
    • Two sides for text, images, or a combo. A maximum of one QR-code or video upload per ball.

  • Max 1GB or about 2 minutes. Keep it snappy.

    Secret of the Pros:

    • If you're recording a video message, set your phone camera settings to best quality (4k, 1080p)
    • Go to settings, camera, record video and turn on Enhanced Stabilisation to reduce shakiness.

  • Yes, we check all content before printing - to ensure every ball is a winner, and all artwork adheres to our legal guidelines.

    If there's an issue with the image, logo or text you supplied, we'll request an updated version. If you don't reply within 48 hours, we print what's been sent! (unless it breaches our content policy - in that case, we'll park the order until we hear from you).

  • Of Course! For big orders, best to give us an early heads up so we can meet your deadline. But if you need them asap, we're game! Fill out a corporate form and we'll be in touch.
