Each ball can be customised with text, an image, or a video link (we generate the QR code for you). You get two sides to play with.
- Use both sides or just one, it's up to you.
- The same design is printed across all balls in the pack.
- Want to test a design before ordering bulk? Reach out.
Keep it crisp. Keep it funny. Here’s what works best:
- Image uploads: JPG or PNG, under 5MB, (over 500KB for best quality).
- Video uploads: MP4 or MOV via QR (max 1GB). Vertical works best - no one wants to wait for buffering.
- Text: Up to three lines of text. Use one, two, or all three. We’ll centre it for you..
- If we require an artwork or file change to complete your order, we'll email you. If we don't receive artwork within 14 days, the order may be cancelled or refunded.
If the content falls outside our guidelines, we'll flag it and ask you to tweak it, or refund you if you'd prefer not to proceed.

Orders are sent to production as soon as artwork is approved. Be sure to check your email as we need need to confirm order details or respond to your request.
Returns
- Because every order is made just for you, we don't offer returns for custom items. Please double-check your artwork and details before placing your order.
- If your order arrives with the wrong quantity, ball type or printed artwork, let us know and we'll fix it ASAP (with complimentary re-print and shipping).
